Master Plumber, Stephen, came out and gave me an assessment of a future bathroom remodel project I was wanting to do. Gave nice some suggestions that minimized dead space in the house that I might take up on. Also had him out to give me a quote on another big project. The biggest value was that he was willing to teach me a few things while he was there and I really appreciated that.

He was super nice and respectful, explained the issue and steps to fix it perfectly.

Josh Dudley at Mother Plumbing will be my plumber for life! He is timely, kind, articulate, and takes the time to help educate you with tests they are running and what they are saying. We are in the process of selling our home and the buyer contacted a plumber who did no testing and stated that we needed all of our cast-iron pipes replaced. This was completely false as our cast-iron pipes are actually in excellent condition. Mother Plumbing is honest. If you want an honest evaluation as to whether or not you have a plumbing issue this is who you should call.

Very good experience. We had drainage issue with the pipe that goes from the washing machine. The issue was complex as this was farther down under ground. Plumber did great in trying every alternative till issue was fixed. He gave us good insight on problem and ok variable solutions should we encounter this again. All was good! And we will trust to use Mother Modern plumbing again for our plumbing repair needs! It was a great experience and recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted plumber.

Mother modern Plumbing provided excellent service for us! Our bathtub faucet broke and water was gushing out at 7pm. Luckily MMP was open late and was able to advise us on what to do. They sent Steven to our house first thing in the morning and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem immediately. I appreciate the great communication and ability to get the issue fixed so quickly.

I noticed a little leak in something I was trying to fix the day before and I didn’t do it right. I tried calling three other plumbers but none of them answered or called back. I was able to get a hold of Mother Modern Plumbing on the first call. Although it was a little late in the day, they were able to come over within an hour to help get us situated. It was a simple fix and Josh gave me some tips for future DIY fixes. That was honestly the thing I enjoyed most and will make them my first call in the future. Really fair price for the work and even giving advice to help minimize my own mistakes in the future!

Matthew came out today, and did a plumber inspection, and he was a nice and knowledgeable person, easy to talk with, and explained everything in detail, keep up the great work.

When I called for an appointment the Matt that answered was personable, accommodating, and easy to understand. It was easy to make the service appointment. Day of appointment plumber Matt (different Matt) was professional, great with time, and explained everything in a way I understood the issue and solution. He was able to unclog the cast iron pipe and pull some roots out. If we decide to replath3 cast iron pipes I'll let you know how it went but would definitely consider Mother Modern Plumbing for the job.

1st time customer but will use in future. Master plumber (Rick) arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed problem. Gave me additional advice on how to avoid problems in future. Repair price very reasonable. Only negative......told on the phone that $89 service charge was deducted if the repair work was completed. This is not accurate. Let's clean that issue up. I was understanding but not sure many people would be.

Good Plumbers, Good People, Pricing Model Needs Work What they did right: 1) I approached the business through Yelp and the business manager got back to me immediately. 2) He listened to my concerns, needs, and requirements. Then he verified his understanding and took notes before dispatch. 3) His plumber called me within an hour. 4) His plumber gave me an ETA and after some discussion about the work requirements said that he thought he had the right part in his truck. 5) The plumber did the job correctly. What they might have done better: 1) Pricing, pricing, pricing. 2) The plumber did not have the part on his truck and had to run to the store to get it. Maybe a daily morning inventory of commonly used parts would improve efficiency. 3) The plumber left the cover off of my water meter. I was the last call of the day and it was getting dark, but attention to detail beyond just the core plumbing job is expected. My initial review was written a few days after the work and I was upset at the cost. This is a revision based on the totality of my experience with SND (Mother) Plumbing. The Business Manager called me after the review to learn: 1) What SND Plumbing could have done better 2) Potentially salvage a customer relationship 3) Hopefully leave the phone call as friends even if we agreed to disagree. What SND (Mother) Plumbing did Outstanding: 1) They are not in this business just to make money, they are a people company that cares about people, and they proved to me that they will do what they can to make things right for me and my family.

We called and spoke with Steven to request a proposal for plumbing propane gas lines in our home. Rick arrived to scope the project. He was professional and clearly well qualified to complete the inspection and write up the job. We highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing if you are looking for professional plumbing services.

Colton repaired a leak at the meter. He cleaned out the hose bib on the front of the house but the vacuum breaker he cleaned out is now leaking continuously. this will need to be repaired or replaced now. not happy about this he should not have left the job unfinished. He said he would email me the details of the job but I have yet to receive any. can't give good review on this job.

Rick Vantrease came out and did a great job unclogging our main line. He worked quickly and did exactly what needed to be done. We would highly recommend SND (Mother) Plumbing and Rick for plumbing issues. We will definitely be contacting again if needed. The cost was great as well.

SND (Mother) plumbing went beyond my expectations. Josh came out to our home SAME DAY as I called! It's an older andhome but has been remodeled. We had sewage come back up through our shower . He was able to quickly fix the issue. They even used a camera to look through all our pipes to completely fix the issue and make sure it wasn't something more complicated. He was so nice and talked me through everything. I know next to nothing about plumbing but he helped me understand the issue and haven't had an issue since! When he told me the price too I was shocked- especially for same day service on a weekend! It was so reasonable compared to all the other companies I called. They wore booties over their shoes and I felt like they went above and beyond to clean up. I swear it was cleaner than normal after they left! Thank you SND (Mother)! I will 100% use y'all for any plumbing issue.

We thought we were having plumbing issues requested a plumber to come out. They were out here the same day. They gave us a time frame of 10-12 got here around 11:45 ish and sent us a text to let us know they were on the way. Gave us different options to resolve the situation. Luckily it just turned out to be clogged line. Good company, they do what they say and they got there on time. Would recommend.

I was very impressed that after testing and looking at the issue he called to tell me that the repair was not necessary. He could have easily stated that the repair was required but was very honest and that shows the true honest company they are.

Steven did a great job cleaning the clogged drain. He went above and beyond to explain and educate me on maintainance and left me a complimentary drain cleaner solution. He also took the time to clarify the remaining existing problems and proposed the potential solutions to them. Steven was very respectful of the property as well. I would definitely call them again.

Justin answered phone right away on a Sat night around 6:00pm. He quickly gave me the specifics eta and in about 30 min Jerry showed up. Jerry quickly figured out what the issue was and unclogged the line. I recommend this company. Very professional and quick response.

Steven with SND Plumbing is amazing, actually beyond amazing. We had an unknown leak coming from our upstairs bathroom so we started with reporting it to our home warranty company that scheduled a plumber to come out the next week, but we wanted a second opinion as we had not had the best of luck with Select Home Warranty technicians that usually had a goal of denying claims and we wanted to get the leak under control sooner rather then later. In the end we had 3 plumbers come look at our leak. Steven was not only the best, he also saved us a lot of money!!! SND Plumbing seemed like the best option based on research, reviews, but his ability to actually diagnose the leak without any invasive work of tearing out walls like 2 other plumbers suggested, really made him stand out against industry peers and other companies. First Plumbing Company: Large Plumbing Company sent out two very young new plumbers and they suspected leak was from toilet, but to fully confirm that they wanted to cut into the downstairs ceiling drywall to confirm and fully scope the problem for $300 and that didn't include any repairs. I ended up passing and waited for SND Plumbing. SND Plumbing: A short period after arriving and investigating things Steven was able to determined the location of the leak without cutting into walls. Instead of cutting into walls he went into attic, got in an uncomfortable position to get a visual under subfloor that allowed him to confirm the leak was coming from toilet base. I had actually priorly requested the other company try to locate leak from the attic but they made excuses. SND shut off the toilet valve to prevent any additional leaking until he could order parts and return to fix it after the water restoration company completed their process. Warranty Company Plumber: This plumber was pretty set on thinking leak was coming from the shower and suggested we rip into shower wall and also cut hole in downstairs ceiling to determine leak. She also noted the caulking on shower side of toilet was coming off and suggested leak might be from us splashing water out. She took some pictures and submitted her report to the warranty company. The warranty company failed the claim and said based on evidence that we were splashing water out of the shower, causing caulking to come off toilet and in return causing water damage. If we hadn't had SND Plumbing diagnose issue first our water leak would have continued while our warranty company played games, and it would have lead to lots of costly repairs if that plumber broke into our shower walls and tile, but instead we were able to show the findings by SND Plumbing and our warranty company covered a portion of the claim. In the end we are so happy and blessed we went with SND Plumbing. Steven's professionalism, knowledge, experience, patience, and high mindset all lead to a wonderful experience. He is now my go to plumber as long as I live in the DFW area. He is also extremely respectful and keeps things clean by laying down plastic tarp for work area and cleans up after himself. Additionally, I make all service men wear shoe covers and most do not like it, but Steven was happy to wear them and each time he went outside he removed them and put them back on when he returned. Most service techs do not understand that they should do that and will wear them outside then return back inside defeating the reason I make them wear them in the first place. I also really like that the plumber was the owner of the company and he cared about the quality and integrity of the work verses the other plumbers. Go with SND Plumbing, I promise you will not be sorry.

I contacted SND plumbing because after another company came out, I still had a leak and water in my garage. I explained to Josh what the other companies had done and I told him the leak was behind the wall where the washer and dryer are located. I expected Josh was going to have to cut through the wall. He contacted me a few minutes later and said he found the issue. Such an easy resolution, very disappointed that the first company created this problem for me. Thank you Josh for your service and knowledge!

SND Plumbing is fantastic! And working with Steve was great. We had a sewage line break in the front yard. Steve came out and found the break in short order. He then gave me the option of digging the hole to get to it and save $1,300. So, I did it which was great. They then came out and made the repair and filled in the hole at no additional charge which was awesome! Steve and SND will be our plumbers going forward!

SND Plumbing does exceptional work at a fair price, and I highly recommend them. Steven did extensive work on my bathroom remodeling project, and every bit of it was done right. He carefully worked around post tension cables in my concrete slab to reroute water lines and relocate a shower drain, and installed a new shower valve and several shut-off valves (including the ones for the washing machine and dryer) that needed to be replaced. He works carefully and has great attention to detail. SND shows up on time and stays until the work is done. I've used about four different plumbing companies over the last 15 years and SND is the first one that I can confidentially recommend.
