Meet the team
He started his career in custom homes and remodels for two years, spent a year working alongside an electrician (which sharpened his eye for how homes are really built), and for the last four years (9000 hours) he’s been focused on residential service plumbing.
What Ben enjoys most is taking care of customers. He shows up calm, respectful, and prepared, and he takes pride in doing the job the right way while keeping your home clean.
Ben’s role model is David Goggins, and that shows up in how he works: disciplined, focused, and dependable. Outside of work, he loves being outdoors. Fun fact: Ben has nine siblings, so he’s used to staying patient and keeping things moving.
Ben’s best advice while he’s in your home: ask every question you can. He wants you to feel clear on what’s happening, what your options are, and what he recommends before he leaves.

Mauricio’s biggest inspiration is Russell Guerra, a YouTube mechanic who built a performance shop from small repairs. It’s a big reason Mauricio is passionate about entrepreneurship and building something meaningful over time.
His best advice for homeowners: annual maintenance prevents disasters. A little preventative work now can save a lot of stress later.
Outside of work, Mauricio loves spicy food and has even eaten a Carolina Reaper. He and his wife also have two kids under 2, so life at home is busy in the best way.

His biggest inspiration is his mom, who taught him what it looks like to fight through adversity and keep showing up. Outside of work, Adam is the quarterback of his flag football team, a serious sports card collector, and he has two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Goldendoodle.
Adam’s best advice while he’s on site: ask every question you can. It's not often you have a licensed plumber in your home.

Julio’s biggest influence in the trade is Master Plumber Juan Mejia, his best friend since elementary school, who introduced him to plumbing and guided him through his apprenticeship. Outside of work, Julio has three kids and three dogs (one pup for each child), so he understands how important it is to keep a household running smoothly.
Julio’s advice: no problem is too small to get a professional opinion. He’s happy to answer questions, explain options, and make sure you feel confident before he leaves.

Originally from Cleveland, Tennessee, before growing up in Denton, Marcus credits his mother as his greatest role model — the person who taught him work ethic, compassion, and how to treat people with respect. He’s an avid reader who is always on the lookout for a new recommendation.
Marcus recently got engaged to the love of his life, Macy.
His best advice to any homeowner: address the root cause, not just the symptoms. Most plumbing failures come from poor water quality, and improving your water is one of the best ways to protect your entire home.
You’re in excellent hands with Marcus today.

Mario’s favorite part of the job is helping people—whether it’s fixing a plumbing issue or lending a hand to an older neighbor. He’s married with a two-year-old, and when he’s not with family, he enjoys learning about stock investing. His best advice for homeowners: flush your water heaters regularly, and don’t flush wipes.

His role model is his mom—the original “Mother” in his life—who taught him that real professionalism looks like care: show up prepared, communicate clearly, and leave things better than you found them. That spirit is exactly why we put Mother on the truck.
At home, Jesse and his wife are raising three awesome sons, so he knows how much a hot shower and working drains matter to a busy household. He’ll treat your home like his own family’s - explain the “why” before any repair, and make sure everything’s spotless when he’s done.

Mel loves helping people and making sure they are informed —so feel free to quiz him about your system; he’ll gladly walk you through the “why” behind each valve and fitting. Off the clock, he’s a husband of ten years, dad to two kids under seven, and a volunteer youth-sports coach.
Mel’s advice: “While a licensed pro is in the house, ask every plumbing question you’ve ever saved for ‘later’—knowledge today saves headaches tomorrow.”
Expect courteous, detail-driven service from first knock to final walkthrough.
