Ben’s role model is David Goggins, and that shows up in how he works: disciplined, focused, and dependable. Outside of work, he loves being outdoors. Fun fact: Ben has nine siblings, so he’s used to staying patient and keeping things moving.

Mauricio is a Journeyman Plumber born and raised in Garland with 5 years of plumbing experience. He brings a steady, detail-focused approach to every install, and what he enjoys most about plumbing is the people. The relationships he’s built in the trade are a big part of why he takes pride in doing the job the right way. Including his wife!

Mauricio’s biggest inspiration is Russell Guerra, a YouTube mechanic who built a performance shop from small repairs. It’s a big reason Mauricio is passionate about entrepreneurship and building something meaningful over time.

Julio’s biggest influence in the trade is Master Plumber Juan Mejia, his best friend since elementary school, who introduced him to plumbing and guided him through his apprenticeship.
