Grant fixed the outside faucet and replaced the pool hose. He had to go into the concrete to fix it right allowing us to easily remove the pool hose if necessary. Pitched up a tent in 100 degree weather. Grant comes highly recommended.

Willy was awesome! He was very thorough and explained in detail exactly what they could do to repair my sewer leaks, without having to disturb the inside of my home! I am getting more estimates for the job, but I was really impressed with Willy and this company. They also offered a twenty year warranty on this project which is outstanding! If you have plumbing needs I would say give them a try!

Excellent service and very professional. Willy arrived at my friend's house and went thru his diagnostics and explained what he was seeing with both water heaters. Unfortunately, they both had to replaced due to age and not igniting and staying lite. He spoke with my friend and gave the options and explained a replacement was necessary. They scheduled the install for the next morning and explained the process for the day. I was very happy to have someone I could trust and to give me an honest opinion on the issues at hand. I will be calling Mother Modern Plumbing for my own personal home in the area. On Sunday morning Bryan and team arrived and installed the two brand new water heaters and other components attached. They did an awesome job and also went through with me to double check that faucets were running properly inside. They did a great job cleaning everything up before they left too.

From first call until the time when the repairman drove away from my house after completing the repair, my experience with Mother Modern Plumbing was excellent. The Tradesman Plumber, Grant Baker, was extremely professional. He made recommendations for repair after evaluating my plumbing emergency. I am taping his buisness card to the inside of my kitchen cabinet door. There were no high pressure sales. I could only afford to make the absolute minimal repairs but I've started a savings fund to take of the recommended repairs across my entire home. Once I save up that money - not that the prices were expensive, I've just had a lot of unplanned expenses lately. I will definitley be calling Mother Modern Plumbing to come back and make the recommended repairs before I have another emergent situation. Grant went out of his way to be of service. He was done and about to drive off, but then came back in at my request to check something not related to his repair job that I had a question about - super nice and professional. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my entire experience with Mother Modern Plumbing. From Tyler, who met me on site and provided a detailed quote the same day, to Mario (an absolute rock star!), who managed, coordinated, and worked alongside his crew throughout the project, the service was outstanding. Mario proactively communicated with me every day, letting me know when he was arriving and when he was leaving. It was obvious that Mario, Tyler, and the entire team genuinely care about customer service and professionalism. It seems to be part of the company's culture. I received quotes from three highly rated plumbing companies. While Mother Modern's price was slightly higher, they offered a guaranteed price and a 20-year warranty. Another company I seriously considered wouldn't provide a maximum price, saying no company should. I wasn't asking them to guarantee there wouldn't be unforeseen issues, only to provide a ceiling on the final cost. Mother Modern did exactly that. Even though they encountered conditions that likely would have increased the price elsewhere, they honored their contract and charged exactly what they promised. Knowing their price was firm provided peace of mind. I was also working under a very tight deadline. They had their excavation crew at my home the day after I signed the contract and successfully coordinated permits, excavation, replacement of my cast iron plumbing, and city inspections in less than two weeks. If I could give Mother Modern 10 stars, I would. They've earned my trust, and they'll be my first call for any future plumbing needs, big or small.

We called on a Sunday morning for an overflowing sink and Mother (our tradesman was Marcus) arrived a few hours later. Marcus was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I truly don’t know how we could have a better experience calling a plumber (extra points for the quick turnaround on a Sunday morning!)

Willie came out on a sunday and fixed my leaking water heater in Dallas. He got here in twenty minutes. He even let me save money by buying the parts myself at home depot.Because it was on a Sunday.

Marcus from Mother Modern Plumbing did an excellent job fixing my leaking main water shutoff valve. Marcus was both professional and very friendly. He recommend using PEX for this application so any future repairs or valve replacements will be easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Mother’s master plumber Willie Dayton did a phenomenal job at my home in Dallas. Sink with an AC drain line was backed up (and filling up) 12 feet down the sink line. Willie had me up and running in no time, was most professional, and left everything clean and operational.

I have an older home that seems to require more attention every year. Many times it has been a plumbing issue, and sadly I've always had bad luck with plumbers. NOT ANY MORE! Mother Modern Plumbing will be the only plumbing service that I'll ever call again. I had been dealing with a shower and washing machine drain stoppage for a while. All other drains were fine and nothing I tried was working to clear the blocked shower and washer drain. This experience with Mother Modern Plumbing was as perfect as it gets. The first thing I noticed when I called was a quality of true kindness.. Gabby took that call and she was great. Even with my complicated schedule this week (medical appointments) she managed to work me into their schedule. She was absolutely excellent. And each of their team members that I spoke with, also had that same quality of kindness. Just genuine NICE people. Willie came over to clear the drain problem and he's an awesome guy. He figured out immediately the best approach to get the clog out. And he showed me the images with a special camera down in the drain. He's by far the most considerate person I've ever had over here. My two dogs were especially bad and barked terrible at him.. and he remained calm, relaxed and pleasant. He even saved one of them out in the street because I had left the gate open. Not only are they great people at Mother's, but they charged less than any others that I checked. I checked a lot. The 1st plumbing company that I called required a fee for an estimate of what the job will cost.. their estimate fee was about the same as Mother's full fee was for doing the entire job with no estimate fee. I LOVE Mother's Modern Plumbing.

We had a water leak coming from the floor. They came out next day and diagnosed it quickly with it being a water heater leak. Same day in the afternoon another plumber Grant Baker came and fixed the problem thoroughly. Hewas very polite, knowledgeable and talked us through it. They also got us in touch with their partners that do water restoration and they came out same day as well. Highly recommend this company. They have been there for us and we have a membership that helps with the cost.

I 100% was not going to leave a review, but surprisingly they followed up on my concern with such passion I was left with no choice… that being said they were great! The company communicated well and remained professional during a very busy time and was able to resolve my problem pretty smoothly. Gabe told me the best way he would get the job done and just like that my dishwasher drain was cleared and working fine again. So service was good but the payment request was not to my liking… based on what was communicated prior to arrival. I paid and called the office she explained everything and I was slightly disappointed… lo and behold they have a good team so they went through notes and called me back with further explanation and a refund for the original difference was extended. I’m sorry but this just doesn’t happen, especially in today’s world; so they got the amazing honesty hat 🧢 from me. I would definitely call them if I have any other plumbing issues. Mauricio and Willy came out to replace old and clogged up condensation lines off my HVAC units. The lines which were tied in together needed to be split and tied to separate sinks downstairs. From start to finish as usual the service was excellent, the pricing fair and everything explained and checked out after the work was done. I had photos of all the issues that needed addressing. I was shown the pvc pipe after it was cut out, it was mostly clogged. I'm glad I finally addressed the issue and just did what was needed atter leaks and having the units shutting off due to the backup. The maintenance that I need to do to cut down on organic matter was explained to me and they left product with me. I also had flex shaft cleaning done down the line and the before and after pictures show a dramatic difference. This company is really responsive to get you scheduled and the technicians are great, I also like the bio of the technician and the picture of them that’s sent after the job is scheduled!

This is the second time I've used Mother Modern plumbing for our house in Hurst, TX and have been pleased again. This time it was Grant Baker that came and replaced our tub faucet. It was a 40 year old faucet so Grant needed to access it from the wall behind it. He did a great job on the drywall cut to make it easy to replace once done. Willy Dayton came out and ran a machine through the kitchen line to get the kitchen sink draining. And let me tell you this man did not give up hope on getting this issue fixed. After multiple attempts with an auger to get the line cleared of both my own equipment and then his equipment and several attempts not working, he did not give up. He made one last attempt and actually successfully cleared it saving me and ungodly amount of money. This man is a treasure as far as employees go and a testament to your company. Do NOT lose him.
